Bulk & Brush Trash / Recycling - Conservation

LNA's Bulky Trash Week is always the 3rd Monday of each month.  The earliest brush and bulk garbage items can be placed out is the THURSDAY evening before the scheduled collection week.
Our current Neighborhood Leaders, Karen & Nick Ramos, will set out the LNA Bulk Trash pick up signs as a reminder to residents when bulk trash is allowed to be placed curbside for pickup.

Remeber the three R's - Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. Practicing this mantra will cut down on the amount waste contributed to landfills every year. LNA encourages all three components of the waste stream management whenever possible. Items placed on your curb may disappear through "scrappers" who tour the neighborhood before bulk trash week, "dumpster divers" and even neighbors may pick up items to reuse them.
We suggest using paper lawn & garden bags rather than plastic.
Irrigation of landscaped areas with hose-end sprinklers or automatic irrigation sys¬tems is limited to no more than twice per week according to the MANDATORY schedule. No watering is allowed on Mondays, Tuesdays or Fridays and from April 1-October 31, watering is prohibited between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on the allowed watering days. Drip irrigation, soaker hoses and hand watering are allowed on any day and at any time.
